Request for EA Play Pro Subscription Cancellation and Refund

I am writing to inquire about a refund for my EA Play Pro subscription. I am a Korean customer, and I received a notification that my EA Play Pro subscription was charged as a recurring payment in the early morning of January 12, 2026 (Korean Standard Time). The original payment was processed on January 11, 2026 (Korean Standard Time).
As I am no longer using this service, I would like to kindly request the cancellation of my subscription and a refund for the recent charge.
