Unable to Cancel My Play Pro Subscription
Hello,
I am writing regarding my Play Pro subscription, which I have been trying to cancel for the past two months.
This subscription no longer suits my needs, and I am also no longer able to afford it financially. However, despite following multiple official guides explaining how to manage and cancel the subscription, I am facing an issue.
When I log into my account and go to the subscription management section, no active subscription is detected, even though I am still being charged. Because of this, it is impossible for me to cancel it on my own.
I have been trying to resolve this situation for two months now without success. I do not know whether this is a technical bug or another issue, but I would really appreciate your help in cancelling my Play Pro subscription as soon as possible.
