hello! im on PS5 in Turkey. Buy EA play and try to download it takes two (because everywhere on WEB they said full game include in subscription), but I can't do this. PS Store have just 1 option buy game for full price (with 10% dicount) and there are no option play by subscription like with other games ? [CM - updating title for better visibilty]

I signed up for EA Play on Playstation 4 mostly to play The Sims 4 - it looked like it was available to play for free as part of the play list?? But in the Playstation store, I only have the option to pay for the full game with the 10% discount. Other games from the list all have a free play option or an option to purchase with the discount. Is it not available?

Just wanted to add that I'm having an issue with this right now. I subscribed to EA Play but I'm not able to download Mass Effect no matter what I do.This is on PS5. I've tried restoring licences, searched through the store, etc. It just shows the option to buy, not download.

Hi @SilentStarky Are only seeing a purchase option when searching for the game via the PlayStation store? Has it shown this since getting EA Play on PS4, or have you downloaded and played it before?

@EA_Illium I havent downloaded the game, i think reason for discount is that im an ea play member, yes im only seeing a purchase option not a download option unlike other ea play included games, i can see an additional download option for other included ea play games

Some previously purchased DLC that I have had for years needs to be "re-purchased" on EA Beta despite logging on the Origin Webpage and seeing the content as "owned".
I would go back to using Origin but I have the "Online Features Not Available" bug and can't log in.
Yes I have tried all of the common fixes, clearing cache, re-installs, repairs etc. so don't bother with the copy pasted link.
Corrections on my account would be appreciated

The Sims 4 was one of the reasons I signed up to EA Play this month, I checked beforehand If the game was in the service and It was listed, but both Sims 4 and BF1 are not free at the store despite having the "EA Play" logo on It.

Nope, just the option to buy It, like the app as imagens show.
As I said before, Sims 4 and Battlefield 1 are the only games that I can't download for "free" with the EA Play.

@xoinx9alpv3l Can you try restoring license, then restarting the console and seeing if you can download the game?

I did restore game licenses last week to try and fix the problem, and did It again just now. I still don't have the download button, just the option to buy the game.
