Unable to get support to ask for a refund on a EA play subscription
This is getting frustating, i signed up for a EA play subscription, but regretted it after it took to long to confirm, after I was not able to find any support, I decided to get a refund, which by law in Brazil I am eligible to.
I was able to get in touch with two people trough the chat and both were unable to cancel and refund my purchase, they both asked me to try again the next day.
Now I am not able to get to the chat option, I tried all pages, everything the chat option never pop ups again.
I need urgent help on canceling my subscription and getting a total refund.
It is surreal how hard it is compared to steam and epic.

If you're not getting the chat option when trying to contact support, can you please try:
- Go to: https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
- Select the game you need assistance with or EA App
- Select "I want to update my EA Account information"
- Scroll down the page to find the "Chat with us" option
If the chat doesn't show up, please try doing that while logged out. Once selecting the chat option it will ask you to log in, but you can select the option to continue without logging in.
