Unable to reactivate EA Play Pro

My EA Play Pro was expiring today and I clicked to reactivate only to be met with "Problem with this request, try again in few minutes"

Tried multiple times to no avail. Contacted live support which didnt say anything but "try a different payment method". I have one account and one card I use, I literally used it two days ago to buy FC Points with no issue. 

I need help with this asap.
