Unable to Redeem EA Play Code To EA Account
i have ea play 10 characters code but i can't redeem it

Where are you trying to apply it?
What errors do you get?
Have you tried the EA site and the EA app?Can you please attach a screenshot of any error(s) that you receive?
I bought it from an online store and tried to put it on the website and the pc app. it says i cant use it in my country
- EA_ShepardHi @sweeetspring88, That I am afraid we cannot change. If the code is region locked that is an issue that the retailer has to fix on their end. Typically with a replacement code that is more world wide vs a regional code. Support here has no way to alter that.
