Unknown EA account linked to steam and google email

i cant play apex for a while because my an unknown EA account linked to steam and google email.i cant log in my game from steam or ID name. The hacker changed my id name,too.So far i have 'Contact us' in this page many times to get thing back.But none reply.My friends have up to GOLD,and me stuck in this **bleep**..............OMG

Sorry to hear someone else had gotten into your account. If you haven't already, please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible to help get your account and system back into your control.

After that you'll need to get in touch with our support team to help recover the account itself. As they'll need to discuss private account details, that is not something we can assist with here on the forums.

Once you've gone through the steps linked above, you can use the Contact us option at the bottom of the page to get in touch with the support team so they can help with the account recovery. Once you've created a case, you can keep an eye on your case history page here for a response once their investigation is complete.

Today I use my google email to log in EA app.Guess what?EA tell me to update my password,i did it,and i successfully log in,and find it this account did'nt linked anything!!!A Gmail account links to an UNKNOWN email,and no administor to fix it！What a **bleep** company.

The problem is that the ‘Contact us’ option never and ever create a stupid case.Only an stupid AI looping the conversation over and over again！Now I have tried everthing I could to get MY ACCOUNT back into MY control，but your EA system just KEEP SENDING A STUPID CORE TO AN EMAIL WHITCH IS NOT MINE！！！AND I have choosen ‘forget my password’，and your EA system STILL SENDING A STUPID CORE TO AN EMAIL WHITCH IS NOT MINE！！！REDICULOUS！！！

Finally!! I successfully open a case by ‘Contact us’ ！！！It got me so much effort.Anyone else having a problem likes this should just keep trying ‘Contact us’ option untill open a case.No other ways.GOOD LUCK.
