Why cannot preorder EA sports FC 24?

Hello. Riccardo from Italy here.

I have regularly bought my PlayStation Plus Annual subscription and also the EA Play annual option for PS5.

Then I tried to go on the page to preorder the Ultimate Edition of EA Sports FC 24.  Here I find that the discounted option is available to buy. But once I click on the button, it opens me up the page to make the transaction through my Paypal.  Just to telling me over and over that there is an error, every single time I try to purchase and preorder the game.

Why is it not possible to me preordering the Ultimate edition, even if I have regularly bought Playstation PLUS annual subscription, and also EA play for PS5 annual subscription?

How can you help me to solve?
