EA Play not reinstalling,

The problem is that I had EA desktop installed but it wouldn’t download any games. So I went online and got the advice to reinstall EA desktop. While starting up the Uninstaller it said that EA desktop was already installed. (Don’t think that is what an installer is ment to do.). After trying run it about 5 times (including running it in administrator mode).
I then decided to delete the folder and anything related to it trough revo (which was recommended on the Forums) https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion/Uninstall-EA-Desktop/td-p/9912240 which didn’t work. I have pretty much gone trough my entire system (Treesize, File Explorer and Regedit) and I do not see anything related to EA desktop. Yet a freshly downloaded ea desktop installer still says EA desktop is still installed.
The problem is that origin doesn't recognize Ea access. IDK why.
