my sims 4 will not let me play the game

this begon last year and still to this day i will not let me play the game i just freezes on a white screen and then says this

i dont know why? i removed my cc deleted all and mods to i re installed the game 16 times or more i have no idea anymore and it just keeps saying ''some features have been disabled because the ea app launched for another application'' BUT I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE ''other" APPLICATION IS???  i repaired the game re installed deleted all mods and cc and  deleted everything that can be deleted an still says the same over and over again i even deleted the ea app 14 times FOURTEEN TIMES

 i legit have idea what to do please just please some one help
