Refund of Fifa 21

Hello I want to refund the game fifa 21. I tried to contact you on the contact us page but that does not seem to work. It keeps loading forever. I would like to get my money back. The game isnt working like you guys promoted it. I cant play co-op with my friend. The reason is probably because we don't have the exact same version. (I got the standard edition and he got the PlayPro version). First I though it was a bug but then I read about not having the same versions on Reddit. So from that point on I am trying to contact you but it seems like that is not working as well. I would like to get my money back.
