Ошибка привязки аккаунта Steam

Пытаюсь привязать аккаунт Steam к своему EA, выходит окно что мой аккаунт EA привязан к другому аккаунту Steam (я как то заходил у друга, но не привязывал его аккаунт Steam, его аккаунт Steam привязан к другому, не моему, аккаунту ЕА.) но мой аккаунт ЕА не привязан ни к какому аккаунту Steam, даже в личном кабинете нет такого подключения. Обращения в чат поддержки EA есть, даже два, но на него так и не ответили за пол года.
