Beta test code redeemed on wrong acount FC27
Good morning, I redeemed my early access code but realised I entered it on a different Xbox account but still on the same Xbox. Now my game says it’s redeemed but will not show up anywhere!!
I physically cannot find the game anywhere and now can’t play it please can I either have a new code for my account or can you fix it so I can play it .

Sorry to hear that, the code and access to the test build can't be transferred to another account on the same console, though.
Use the Beta Code replacement tool if you haven't tried it yet, so you can redeem the new code on the correct Account.
