Cannot move in game

Reporting a significant bug. My game is installed and when I load into the world , I get two pages of disclaimers and notifications and then I cannot move . I can open the FC hub to look at level upgrades and that is it . Controller is obviously connected as I cannnavigate the menu but nothing more than that , player is stuck in same spot at spawn and doesn’t move
