Im getting similar, says i must be signed in to PlayStation network and must be signed in to the EA servers.

The playtest invitation is not showing up for me.
I received an email to participate in a playtest, and when I click on sign up, it takes me to my playtest profile, but there is no invitation or anything available for me to register.
