Code with Wrong Region

The code I received appears to be for the wrong region, as I stay in Europe and I got a code for North America. I tried redeeming it, but as expected, it didn’t work. The email mentioned that I should post here for assistance. Could someone please help with this issue?

I am writing regarding the technical playtest code I received for EA SPORTS FC™.

I followed the instructions to redeem the PlayStation 5 code, but I received a message stating that I cannot redeem the code in my current region.

For your reference, I created my PSN ID when I lived in Kuwait, but I moved to the US several months ago. I suspect this might be the cause of the region mismatch.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue so I can participate in the playtest?

I received my code but it's not working when I am trying to redeem it. I would assume this is because it is a North America code and I am located in Europe, Poland precisely.

Could you share a new code with me that'll work on my EU PS5?

My region on a key is incorrect and shows NA whereas I am from UK, code unredeemable due to this.. Went back and double checked my region is correct on EA Playtesting and it is.

Same here, got code for NA while my region is EU (Belgium).
