Downloaded game but no game modes or access to the PT forum for fc 26

So I had no problem retrieving my code for PlayStation 5 downloaded the game but when I go into the game I go to the home screen and it's just settings and accessibility options I believe but there are no game modes or a way to get to any game modes and then when I click on the link in the email to go to The forum link it tells me access is denied
