Ea Sports FC Playtest

Hello I am having trouble trying to play the beta it doesn’t let me play because my PlayStation account is suspended due to voice chat audio so I can’t play any games that has voice chat in it or any social features. So I think it applys to the ea sports fc playtest beta. I have another account I can play the beta on if you can send another code to it is PlayStation it’s my second account.
