FC 27 closed beta

Hi, I received the code for the closed beta for FC27 which I redeemed on my web browser. It is not showing on my linked Xbox account and have tried looking everywhere in the store. When I try to redeem on the store it says it’s already been redeemed. I have spoken on chat with the EA team and their advice is to go to the Beta code tool but when I select FC 27 it says “this game doesn’t have an active Beta.” So I’m hitting a brick wall on how to access the beta.
