FC playtest game code
Has anyone else not received their game code for the playtest? I completed the survey 2 weeks and and it said. The code would be sent within 10 days.

There’s a lot of posts on here saying the code hasn’t been received. I hope EA are reading, it’s a disgrace!
Same for me. Showed support the screenshot saying 10 days and the email saying before 19th nov or when codes have ran out and the guy just kept saying that it’s 10 days from the 19th. Then asked if there was anything else and wouldn’t respond to me telling him it’s 10 days from doing the survey. Tried them the next day and the woman just wouldn’t help at all said it wasn’t her area…. I emailed them 4 times and have had exactly zero reponse. So maddening
