FC27 Closed beta redeemed but missing from library or unavailable to download

I have the exact same have tried using the beta access tool for another code, but still no luck, I am on PC (EA APP) and in UK

im having the same issue on steam in the us, i even got a confirmation email from steam that i redeemed the code and it would be in my library but i when i look for and search it nothing comes up

Hi aijo it seems a lot of people are having this issue at the moment i am on pc/steam and in the uk. I redeemed my code and even tried to get another but to no avil. it still not showing in peoples library. this is something that requires urgent investigation and solution,
