Missing EA Playtesting Reward from Feb 21 – No Resolution

Hello,

I’m writing regarding a missing reward from an EA Playtesting survey that I completed on February 21st.I was supposed to receive a game code (F1 25 Iconic Edition), but I never received anything. I have already contacted EA Support multiple times. Each time my account was checked and confirmed to be fine. I was told this was a known issue affecting multiple players and that the case was escalated.
However, my cases have now been closed twice without any resolution, and it has been over a month since I completed the survey.
At this point, I would really appreciate it if someone from the team could look into this, as I’ve been waiting for quite a long time with no outcome.

  • Hi there, I’ve since learned that the survey actually has two stages. The first is being invited to provide the initial information, and the second is being selected for the full survey itself. The reward code would only be sent after the full survey has been completed.

    If you did complete the full survey but still have not received your reward, it would be best to contact the playtesting email directly. But the team is currently working through a high volume of messages, so replies may be taking a bit longer than usual. Thank you for your patience.

    Hi, so at this point I’m mainly trying to clarify whether I was actually selected/eligible for the reward or not.
    The original email listed “1 EA Game Code Of Your Choice” as the reward, I completed the survey, selected my game at the end, and later received the NDA confirmation email, so I believed I had completed the required process.
    However, because the email also mentioned that signing up did not guarantee participation, I’m now unsure whether I was actually selected for the final reward distribution. Could someone from the team please clarify whether users in this situation were considered eligible or not?

    Thanks for the info. It may still be best for you to contact the playtesting email directly. I’m not part of that project myself, so I’m sorry that I can’t offer anything more specific from my side.
