Redeemed code but no game
I used the code I was given but I can’t see the game in my library and no download started. When I try and use the code again it tells me it’s all ready been redeemed? Do I need a new code?

Cannot find in my library, accessed all games and filtered to most recent but nothing. Code status is already used. Xbox series x

I think the instructions for finding the playtest should be a bit clearer as it appears a few people are having the same issue.
Where did you find this please and was this ps5 or Xbox?

This happened to me also, you need to go my games and apps then press see all. Once you have done that go down to full library and it should be there and you just have to select it and press download
