URGENT] Over 1 MONTH waiting for Playtesting Survey Code (Feb 21st)

Hi,

I am posting again because it has been over a month since I completed the Playtesting survey on February 21st.

I have provided all the proofs (screenshots of the confirmation email) multiple times, but I am still waiting for my game code. This delay (16+ business days since the survey closed) is unacceptable for an official Playtesting program.

Is there a technical issue blocking the Feb 21st batch?

Platform: PC

Survey Date: Feb 21st

  • Same. Kind of ridiculous to offer a game code and not send it a month later...

I have been playtesting for years upon years too. Classic EA

Since you've been playtesting for years, have you ever seen a delay like this before? Usually, we get the codes right after the survey, right ?

I have done early playtests and demos essentially. Every thread/post says it arrived within 10 buisness days. (Not this one in particular)

Clearly, this is a general issue affecting the entire Feb 21st batch. Since multiple people are reporting the exact same delay on this thread, it's not an isolated case. Can the Community Team finally acknowledge this technical glitch and send the missing codes to everyone involved?

It’s absurd that it’s been over a month since the survey, and EA still hasn’t even addressed the matter

I just got a reply from EA Help. They claim rewards should take 1-2 business days, but it's been over a month for us. They even told me to contact the 'Project Manager' without giving any contact info It feels like they are just sending automated replies to close the tickets. Is anyone else getting these useless answers?

Quick update: EA Help is sending automated refusals, claiming I didn't finish the survey. It's 100% fake as I reached the confirmation page on Feb 21st. I just sent a 0/10 satisfaction survey reporting this bot behavior
