@UndreamtOrb3144 It's not really a fix per se, Codemasters need to fix the DLSS implementation as it is superior in quality compared to FSR2 and XeSS.
And since you have an Nvidia GPU, it would make sense to take advantage of technology that you have available.
In short, the options you have in terms of anti-aliasing or image upscaling are the following:
TAA, temporal anti-aliasing which can have a side-effect of ghosting or smear/smudged edges.
AMD FSR2 is AMD's upscaling technology
XeSS is Intel's upscaling technology
Fidelity FX sharpening is just a glorified sharpening filter that is very late in the render pipeline and does not use any motion vectors like DLSS (2 and above),FSR2 and XeSS and will have a worse result than any of the other options.
Personally I would suggest to use FSR2 if you are unable to use DLSS for the time being if you need a performance boost as from my own experience it tends to be temporally more stable and run a bit better than XeSS. But all options are worth trying as it might work better for you with your setup.
You can try the available presets out and see which you prefer and need to balance between performance and image quality as it is a bit of personal preference. Higher framerate, or better image quality.
