F1 23 ps5 degradation ranked multiplayer from elite to bronze

i have a problem and hopefully you can help me with this i have f1 23 on ps5 in the previous season ranked got to gold 2 and fought my way to elite as in the picture the only thing i never got into elite and was put back to bronze afterwards and also didn't get a trophy reach elite class can this be corrected and that i get my trophy please this season has 12 Days left
