Summarize your bug In both F1 and F2, when reducing downforce and driving on long straights, the engine speed reaches its limit and speed cannot increase. This doesn't happen in real cars, so please fix it.

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Reduce downforce and drive on long straights
What happens when the bug occurs? speed doesn't increase
What do you expect to see? I want it to be able to drive without problems even if the downforce is reduced, like in a real car.

Every car has a rev limiter. Also, reducing downforce does not always increase speed, because the car does have drag. It's fluid mechanics. So it does happen on real cars.
It's estimated you would need around 2800BHP to achieve 300mph. Top speeds of current F1 cars are around 230mph but this isn't possible on F1 circuits as the straights are not long enough. 215-220mph is a practical maximum.
