How do I play a single player single race? 

I only see the following options, 

Braking point

Career

F1 world

Splitscreen 

League racing

Store

Theatre

Options

Also, how do I set up a private online lobby for my friends? 

I am playing this game on Xbox One X, not the newer series X.
