Seconded, still too easy and already at 1k tech Level it is currently pointless to me to play that series or Events. Not sure if it generally makes sense nevertheless..... Racing random namens and ai using namens from Steam friendslist... Scenario and replay Modes are good and they don't use tech Level 👍

I agree, no point for me to play those Series either as I've reached Tech Level 1000 and my goals are also locked. The events you mentioned are quite cool though, even the short Bonus races for License A/B + Time Trial challenge are quite fun as well. Wish they had more of these.
