Yep i have the same issue as this currently, Starting my first race at Bahrain i was running solidly at 144fps, then after like 7 laps when it turned to "night" my fps dropped to 60-70, specs are:
Ryzen 5 1600 AF
Radeon 5500 XT 4GB
16GB RAM 3200MHz
Game running on a WD SN770 m.2
DxDiag is also attached
