I'm missing my 18.000 pitcoins

I purchased a key for f1 23 champions editions, but once i installed and logged on into the game i had 0 pitcoins, i tried contacting ea but they told due to purchasing it from a 3rd party (Amazon) there's nothing they can do, tried contacting them (amazon) but they basically just say yeah we will send your case to the department responsible, they will contact you between 24-48 hours...it's been a week.
The part that i don't get is that it very clearly states on my EA APP that i OWN the champions edition, hell i can't even buy it from the game store even if i tried...
So is there really nothing i can do???
