Lack of Force feedback on Logitech Pro Steering Wheel Post Patch(v1.08) 24/07/23

Summarize your bug Lack Of Force Feedback and general in-game feel on Logitech Pro Steering Wheel Post Patch 1.08(Occurred since Game Launch) When playing F1 23. Even when Wheel Base settings are set to max output 11Nm and all in Game settings are set to max (Strength 150 in-game) the Game Never Generates an output of more than 5Nm of Force. This Should be outputting close to the max output the wheel base can generate however is outputting less than 50%. Please sort your game out as in its current state is unplayable and lacks the fundamentals for a Racing Game.

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play F1 23 Official Game with the latest patch (1.08v) installed whilst using the Logitech Pro Steering Wheel Base with the latest Logitech Firmware installed on the Wheel base
What happens when the bug occurs? Lack of Force Feedback through steering Wheel (never outputs more than 5Nm of Torque even when all force feedback strength settings on both wheel base and in-game are maxed out). Lack of General Feel in game (cant feel breaking forces, Loss of Traction, Turn in Forces when Playing which ultimately hindering Performance outputs for Logitech Pro Wheel base users compared to other Wheel base users.
What do you expect to see? A fix Immediately as the issue/Bug has occurred since release and has been completely ignored (Purposefully) by EA as there was too many other problems to fix with the so called finished, developed game: "F1 23 Official Game"

Shameful. Another Update where the Raised issues have been completely ignored and offset. EA Developers claimed they didnt know about this bug happening on PS5 however every patch since release I have issued a technical issue and Bug report since release of the game. Please can someone from EA Contact me regarding how I go about getting a refund as the game is still unplayable to date.

What do you expect to see? I expected to have force feedback so I can feel connected to the car

No patch to date(including the latest 1.08) has addressed the lack of force feedback on Logitech G Pro wheel for PS5. There is no significant force feedback.

It is extremely frustrating to have posted about this issue since launch, but see it neglected despite Logitech G pro wheel force feedback being fixed on other platforms. Furthermore, T300 loss of force feedback was identified relatively recently and has already been escalated to being "investigated" by the dev team while we remain overlooked.
@EA_rephii Can you please lend us a helping hand? Is this being investigated by the dev team? The post you reference for more information (Click here for more information) is focused solely on xbox and completely neglects PS5 users having this issue.

Same issue. Also the little bit of ffb and true force I get will go out in longer races. Goes in an out. So that as well is strange. Come on ea. hire the proper qualified people if the ones u have can’t do. I can’t understand why all other driving games are fine but urs.

Yet another entire day of being completely ignored by the EA Development Team with no timeline or idea on whats going on. Disgraceful. At this rate wont be fixed till F1 24.

@EA_rephii You've been aware of it since launch. Presumably not before launch, since it's abundantly clear that you don't QA your product.

How much longer are your paying customers supposed to suffer from your failures?

Yet another weekend with no fix or update on the investigation. What a pathetic excuse of a company. So many customers have benn robbed blind. Modern day con-men.
