No Pitcoins

Hello everyone,

Back in the 29th of April i bought through the EA store 11.000 pitcoins, and i'm yet to receive them. I've spoken to EA support throughout the ENTIRE month of April and May and at some point I spoke to someone who was better informed that told they could send it as a bug at least...

Some other person made me stay with support for 2-3 hours as they told maybe reinstalling the game would fix it... it did not, and now i can't speak to ea support since it's been a month.

So either fix this "bug" or close the SHOP since buying anything there doesn't work, some other user reported this issue back 7 months ago and i can safely say it's still a problem.
