Yeah same problem here. I'm on PC (Windows 10) running an RTX 3060 with the latest drivers. I've tried every single combination of graphic/video settings (including trying to brute force disable everything in the config file) and nothing helps.
I've already posted this video on another thread, but here it is again so that (hopefully) someone at EA/Codemasters sees it:-
You can see the pixellation and blurring around the halo and front aerial, basically anything moving quickly leaves a ghostly trail. There's also some kind of weird adaptive brightness thing going on in the sky when I toggle between the rear and front views.
It makes night/dusk races unplayable because of how nauseating it is. Which is a joke considering how much of a point they've made about adding accessibility options for colour blind users, as well as the new audio options in this version for sufferers of tinnitus. Meanwhile their own broken graphics are inducing motion sickness!
