This is NOT just a night issue. The HALO model appears to be bugged, period. Check this screenshot from a benchmark at Canada (day).
It clearly is not smooth along the edges. (This is the PC version.)
When I go to the track at night pixels appear

I have the same issue on halo hands and everything that moves like cars in front.
