What happens when the bug occurs? in the in.game mail i got two mails, 1 wellcome to gold 1 and i see that im silver 1
What do you expect to see? that i did not got demoted if i have the points from las week ranked sesions to remain on gold 1 division.
today i launched the game to see if there was an update for the new season, no update, so i got to the game and opened the in-game mail and see the one saying my points for last week ranked and did not get promoted from gold 1, but there was another mail that say "wellcome" to gold 1, i went to see my ranked level and surprise, i got demoted to silver 1, so please, fix this.
