I have the same issue on XBox. The workaround is, with the game running, to disconnect and reconnect the wheel's USB. I hope that helps.

Yeah unplugging and plugging it back in helps but it doesn't really fix the issue for me. It only makes it kind of work. FFB and Vibrations still aren't working completely, they are so light and not coordinated. It's unplayable at the moment either way.
- @RVladimiro Also dont use quick resume as it messes with telematary i tead yesterday. I jave been unplugging usb and restarting console which works for a little bit intermittent fb after a few races .
