Safety Car Variables F123

Hi All,

Can anyone give a synopsis on what the difference is between reduced and standard Safety Car settings?

I know in F122 that it reduced the threshold based on variables required to trigger an SC.

is this the same on F1 23?

Is there any information regarding scenarios on/off track that would trigger an SC in Standard but not Reduced?

There's a misconception regarding quantity but some details from EA on the matter would be great for the league racing community.
