Severe screen freezes in crossplay lobbies on console - MUCH worse than F1 22

Yes I have this exact same issue. Definitely gotten worse since last year. Really hard to race in lobbies.

Here was my explanation:                                                                                                                    

 Been experiencing short but frequent game freezes during online lobbies. These freezes seem to be triggered by players retiring or leaving the lobby. The freezes also effect my force feedback and can easily make me loose control of the car, and also causes other cars around me to teleport ahead. I've also spoken to multiple other players who have the same issue.
