Have you tried altering the car's setup? If your having trouble turning into the corners I would consider making three changes.
1. Increase the downforce on the front and rear wing
2. Lower the ride height
3. increase the suspension stiffness
Monaco in particular is a very tough track to drive and often requires specialized setups. Hope this helps.
