Love the ability t export race date via the .csv file, but sadly it's only for PC users. Can this be made available for Console players? I've been asking for this feature since F1 2010, and you've finally listened, great!! But it's not available to me......

Hi gyus.
Since the latest patch I can´t access my car setups in F1 World, Grand Prix Mode. I only play "Single Player". Never had an issue like this in any of the F1 Games in previous years or in the current one. I game casually, never online, multiplayer or crossplay. I didn´t change any setting. I removed local files, checked the files integrity, everything is up to date...
I've read some things regarding license levels but I don´t really know much about it. Currently is C but I believe it was A. Never paid attention to it until today.
As seen in the attachment, basically the "F7" and "F8" keys are dead and don´t allow me to change from race strategy to car setup. In time trial it works.Steam/PC
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

TheRagebeard I have tried both a PS4 dual shock and Xbox elite series. Same issue with both. And both worked pre-update
Adjusting the Steam controller options doesn't resolve the issue.
GeneralemergencyMy apologies, I should have read your comment more closely, that's my bad. What type of controller are you using? If you are playing on Steam you might try enabling/ disabling the Steam Input controller mapping.
Right click on the game in your library > Properties > Controller > Select enable or disable from the drop down menu (I would change it to the opposite of whatever its currently set on).

TheRagebeard The game isn't crashing though. It's running, just not accepting any inputs.
And I can't see it being the anticheat. Because the only time this game is on my harddrive is when there's an update. Because my game has been left in an unplayable state after an update in July last year.
And I have already had issues with the anticheat and that gets uninstalled at the same time as the game. So this is from a fresh install of both.
I appreciate the help though. It's more then what EA has given me.
GeneralemergencyMost of the time when the game crashes at the splash screen the issue is related to the anti-cheat not launching correctly. Unfortunately, it is a poorly implemented app that seems to frequently become corrupted for a lot of users. If you manually uninstall and reinstall the anti-cheat (instructions in link below) the issue will usually be resolved.

With this update I can no longer go past the splash screen, as the game no longer accepts any inputs.
I look forward to never hearing from anyone about this. Expecting me to be happy with a screensaver.
