I appreciate the effort put into all the post-launch patches. However, I'm concerned that the handling issues in this year's game may not be promptly resolved. It's admirable that risks were taken, but unfortunately, they haven't paid off. Similar to Mercedes' "no side pods" approach, there comes a point where you have to admit that we made a mistake. This is a normal part of life and business. Sometimes we make errors, and that's okay.
As part of the solution I propose creating the option for users to play F1 24 using the F1 23 physics, AI and any other associated assets that need to be carried over. @EA_Vendcera I would welcome this suggestion being passed onwards where possible, please.
This is a win/win solution as you have a ready-made handling solution that is far more refined and stable ready to go straight off the bat that your user base can use should they wish. Your choice as to what modes its offered on, but I see no reason why offline single-player modes can't benefit from this.
This should also give you more time to conduct a detailed assessment of necessary changes to the handling and create a comprehensive development roadmap for F1 24 or F1 25 depending upon how practical the adjustments need to be.
