How Much Does an F1 Car Move Around??

There is lots of chat about engine sounds being good or bad. But what about car movement including suspension travel??  I've just installed eracing labs RS Mega system giving me 3 degrees of freedom (3DOF). The system has 150mm of vertical travel compared with DBox 5 38mm. I'm using SimHub Motion add on and the default is 50% gain. I'm getting quite a lot of movement but whether it it representative of an F1 car I know not.

So does anyone know??
