Still too much grip on the front, the car's movement still irrealistic, sliding still quicker than driving dictated by common sense (like... when you see on the  TV an F1 car drifting, and still faster than anyíthing?), soooo... yeah. There's a little improvement, but we need more patches for the handling optimazition, because it feels like still a Need For Speed game. The F1 24's gameplay feels like a rocket. It should be much-much slower.

And once again - it's cool, that you guys pay attention to all the people who plays with a controller. But if you starting a world championship with your own game, you should focus all the people (the bigger part i think), who's playing with a steering wheel. We don't want to assign a joystick-like movement for our steering wheel.

@roberto9663I got no problems at all with 1.7 on controller what so ever.. What setups do you use that might cause it to feel so bad for you? Its more likely to be something in regards of your specific car or controller setting if its not the same for everybody. Having to change your approach for a game every month is annoying by itself but maybe it can be made less bad with a few tweaks

@EyezOfAPsychoJust out of curiousity as you want the game to be much much slower, what laptimes would you want for the game? As before the latest patch the best legitimate laptimes around a few tracks were already barely a second quicker than real life which is very realistic for time trial version.

@Meza994 I use the simracing-setups from youtube, and they are perfect for me until patch 1.07

I don't know what laptimes i want. I just think that the car now isn't an F1 car, but a Forza-type something. And it's not good. A big part of the handling is unrealistic.

@Meza994 As i mentioned before, the Setups from Simracingsetup was perfect for me on controller, absolutely perfect, and after 1.07 it was undriveable, so for me the problem is the 1.07 patch, controller handling is completely broken, another problem is the temperatures of the tyres, the rears are overheating (after 4 Laps in Bahrain!!!) and i play with max. tyre pressure, so i can do nothing now.

All problems comes with 1.7 Patch

@roberto9663 tyre pressure is the main difference I’ve found in 1.7, already playing Time Trial only, I guess even more in GP mode/career with temps, so you surely need to change your setup. High tyre pressure in not OP anymore

As an experienced pad player I didn’t feel massive difference I handling between 1.6 and 1.7.

Instead, with 1.7 it seemed to me like a better version of the game handling wise but still it is F1 24 with all its flaws masked by other things  😊

@Nuvolarix If i lower the tyre pressure than the temperatures of my rear tyres increase and loose my rears in corners.

And again i had no problem with full distance in bahrain with Version 1.06, no problems with temps, and after the update, after 4 or 5 rounds i'm in the yellow sector (105-110) with my rear tyres with the same setup as before

That is exactly the problem. Copying setups that are designed for time trials are not suitable for racing. Aggressive setups also don't work in the race. But the most important. Tire pressures are not the only parameters that influence tire temperatures. Simply copying the setup no longer works. You have to rely on it a bit if you want good setups. Drive, try out and learn.

That setups are for longer racing distances not for time trial

Can you post such a setup here? I'm sure it's way too aggressive. Track and camber on the far left and all that nonsense. Such setups simply no longer work. That is a good thing.

And why is that a good thing that setups no longer work, i have no fun anymore with this game☹️, before the patch the driving experience on controller was really good, and i have no idea what can i change in this setups to have the same feeling as i have with version 1.06.

And don't get me wrongt i won't testing for hours setups, i only want fun in races in full distance

before V 1.7 I had VIP mass (preordered Champion's edition) and now it is gone. I do not not VIP pass anymore. Normal?

The bug that in MyTeam the team colour after restart of the game is changed to black is still not fixed... this bug is so annoying...

@EA_Vendcera @EA_Groguet Can someone please let us know what is happening with the G923 TrueForce feedback? It broke with Patch 1.5, hasn't been addressed yet, and no one seems to want to tell us what's going on behind the scenes. Please - we just want to play the game with our wheels and can't.
