I love the co-op together with one of my friends, and we typically play for 3-4 seasons, but i would love to have more friends to be part of this experience.

Add a bit more in depth to the contract stuff before starting the career mode, doing this it would actually be much easier for the team to choose the best fit, if more than 2 players have choosen a seat in their team.

Players not chosen would just try their luck with other teams.

Also while at it, add a setting for the co-op career about which teams are possible to choose as a starting seat.

My friend and I typically sets a rule that only the lowest 4 teams are in the mix, but having an option for this would be much better.
