Completely horrible artificial intelligence

I was playing in career mode in Azerbaijan and in Formula 2 full race and the race started raining everyone with rain tires and by lap 8 the track started to dry and it was already possible to Put on the slicks, I stopped on lap 10 and the other drivers simply continued until the end of the race, I caused a safety car on purpose to see if the AI would stop to change the tires and Still they didn't stop. PLEASE FIX THIS FOR F1 25
