#1 Not an Option in Driver Career After Wining Driver's Championship

Summarize your bug After winning the Driver's championship in Diver Career with anyone but Max Verstappen, #1 doesn't appear on the car the next season. There doesn't appear to be any options in the menu to choose to use #1 on your car the next season either. In this case I won the championship with Oscar Piastri.

Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider?
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In Driver Careen, win the Driver's Championship with anyone but Max Verstappen and #1 is not on the new winner's car the next season.
What happens when the bug occurs? The driver retains their normal racing number instead of #1 that is reserverd for the Driver's Champion.
What do you expect to see? Give the option to the player to use #1 or have #1 appear on the car.
After winning with Oscar #1 is not on his car
But it is removed for Max
