At start up, driver intros, Press Menu button. Nothing happens, then repeats

This process repeats infinitely, cannot play the game.   Software loads, drivers introduced, states to press Menu button.  Nothing happens, after a minute or two, repeats start up and request to press menu button.   XBOX Series S
