Can´t connect to EA account, and saving is failing

Hello everyone, I just downloaded the game and im having issues with it not connecting to my EA account. I already contacted support, they told me to move the "My games" folder to local storage and to un-link cloud to the folder. However that didn´t work, to be specific the issue is whenever I start the game it tries to connect to my EA account and it always fails (I´ve tried multiple times), and additionally the game can´t even save so whenever I launch it I have to do everything all over again (brightness settings, steering wheel settings, etc.). I honestly don´t even know where to start to fix this issue, because I checked my account and its all perfect in theory.

If this helps, I have xbox gamepass. (It says that both xbox and EA accounts are linked perfectly)
