F1 24 not working: Failed to save

I recently downloaded F1 24 since i have gamepass and i also bought the champions edition, when i installed it, it wouldnt save anything and it would say failed to save. My platform is PC

mine is doing the same thing, I'm on PC as well so it might be a bug that hasn't been fixed yet.
